About Hugh
I’m Hugh Howard-Allen and I run House ’n’ Hounds with my wife Wendy in the New Forest, and our Daughter Emma Howard-Allen runs our London Branch. I have had a varied career serving in the Army for 15 years and then more recently in Air Traffic Control with my wife until we retired in 2021. We previously set up House ’n’ Hounds in Surrey which was very successful, and then since retiring we set up again in the New Forest. Our Daughter is a teacher in London and is training to be a Councillor, and has also set up our branch in London.
We have always had animals. We love dogs and have had many labradors over the years. We currently have two very friendly boys called PJ and Pendo.
Over the last few years we have looked after many adored pets.
